As a single mom I really appreciated her taking the time to work with the appraiser, the loan officer, the inspector, the title company and the many other people involved. It really saved me a lot of time! She emailed me updates often and always answered all of my phones calls or returned my calls immediately.

I have worked with other real estate agents in the past and it was so hard to get in touch with them and basically there secretary was the only person I ever talked to. Not with Chantel, she handled everything on her own and it really showed.
